Diligence Hotel & Restaurant - Dilijan

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even though they didn't speak much English. The hotel was located right by a beautiful river, offering fine views. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The hotel also provided little extras such as tea and an electrical kettle, a nice touch. The breakfast served was also delicious, and the hotel offers flexible kitchen options.

Nothing not to love.

One of the highlights of my stay was the river right next to the hotel, providing a tranquil atmosphere. The young waiter in the restaurant was helpful and polite, making my dining experience enjoyable. The hotel also offered delicious food, and I appreciated the fact that they provided fresh water and tea every day.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the picturesque location of the hotel, with a beautiful river just a stone's throw away. The old-time charm of the hotel added to the atmosphere. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who assisted us in finding a taxi despite a language barrier.

The bathroom could use some updating, with hot water taking longer than expected to come through. unless you have a rental car, expect a significant walk or difficulty in finding a taxi to nearby restaurants and amenities.

Nestled amidst the tranquil riverside, this small-scale hotel offers a serene ambiance to unwind after work. the spacious bedrooms come with comfortable beds, fresh water and tea, slippers, and plenty of towels, making it a pleasant stay. the accommodating staff serves a nice breakfast, which is a delightful start to the day. the location is an added advantage, with a nearby supermarket and bus stop that's just a short walk away.

If you're traveling without a car, you may find it challenging to commute to other essentials like restaurants, as the town lacks reliable taxi services, and the nearest restaurant is quite a walk away.

Nice surprise! Great room amenities, from slippers to a kettle with tea. the area was very peaceful and we appreciated the quietness. Plus, breakfast was delicious and varied!

The staff was not very helpful, and communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier. the location is also not the best, as it's a bit far from the attractions and city center.
